Any tips for a nee guy on triggering him? Also, what's the odds of a level 23 beating him 40 times??

If you follow Billionaire's Boss guide (look for it in this forum), you can get up to 13 hits for free on each boss. If you are under level 25, the top boss has 110,000 hit points, so you need to be at almost 8500 attack by the time you get to the last boss without gold.

If you are using gold, you can pay for the extra hits, and get there before your attack is that high.

Don't know if anyone tried this to bring up the boss without having to run around to make it spawn, here something I do and its seem to work.
I could get a boss 9/10 try with this.
1: finish fighting the actual boss.
2:leave the app and wait a bit.
3:get on the app again and fight someone.
4: the boss should spawn in the first or second attack.
Extra steps: if its don't work go back to step 2 if he didn't show on the first 2 attack.

So far it worked for me.

Just wait 3 minutes before you rob or attack again after you beat the boss. Should spawn on first hit every time.

So that pretty much the same thing just you don't leave the app.
I got so far 1 gun(uncommon),1 gun(rare), 5 armor ( common),3 armor (uncommon), 1 armor (rare) 3 melee(common) and 4 explosive (common)

No. You can continue beating as many bosses as you want, but the main prize is only ever awarded once, at level 40.

I can't really say some will say 7k-9k attack , but geez I got hard time doing bean town mike without gold use at this amount of attack( gold use for first aid kit). I've try doing it by waiting but I plainly fail lol. Good luck whatever you do, try to do your best.

Are you level 26 or higher? If so, then the figure is no longer 8500 but some other amount.

For level 100+ the figure is around 825k. I can't recall the others because they are irrelevant to me. Check Bill's thread.

Could be worse. In MW, tier 4 is actually worse than tier 5.

At least in MW attack modifiers count. My attack against the boss is 300k less than my actual attack.

I love it how gree can have 2 events running at one time, in a single app. But they can't get back to me as to why I didn't receive my bonuses last battles!

I tried using gold last boss and you have to spend a fortune!! I can get around 15 wins for free, that's it, good bonuses though!!

But do you need the (for example) 67,693 attack IN the boss battle? Or is that the amount of attack needed as attack stat? Because my attack stat is around 70k, but when I attack the boss with the cash (not gold) option, I only attack with 52k... WHY!??!

That's what you need as a raw attack (ie, what you use in the battle).

If you can finish the boss off without having to use health packs inefficiently (ie, if you can do boss 40 with 7-8 health packs), then yes.
Either Bill's boss thread or Killshot's (?) boss calculator will give you the info you need on whether you are at this point.

That needs to be your base stat without syndicate bonuses. epic boss events don't count your syn bonuses. I'm not sure if any other attack bonuses count or not . Could someone let me know?

It's (attack skill points x 10) + ( base attack stats) = your damage to the boss per hit.
