We have been in contact with several people of syns higher up that are falling apart b/c gold players moving up. If you were member of a syn like that let us talk. You won't risk that happening again as we have NO GOLD PLAYERS that could suddenly ditch!
Stability counts for alot...it is no fun pouring your work into something that is not a stable situation. It is never a stable situation mixing gold and non-gold players....Gold players will want to get their due eventually and they will get offers...

ya we were up about 100k going in to the last battle and thought we had it easy, about 15 mins left it got real tight so we had to give gree some more money
