It should be to late. if it already started then you won't get it.

I am at level 34 and while I do see the Anniversary of Evil, I don't see the 1/6 quests. There are no quest objectives. If I click it, it just goes to the Devil's Doorway, and there is nothing for me to do.

+63k attack for the quest as a whole, replacing dragons. Defence was similar. Not a bad amount of gold either.
