And much obliged - I know how much time adds up to get this information in here, and your help's very appreciated. If I can, I'll get around to finding all the units, weapons and armor and noting the stats (even for the ones you put in, if others don't get to them first).

I am not seeing it, at level 23, does anyone know at what level it is avaliable? we might be able to narrow down the range, so i'll start, minimum level is over 23.
