iOS players cant logon game

Please try deleting the game from your device, re-installing from the app store and restarting your device; you will not lose any game progress and that should clear the issue. It will take some time for the data to load to your device from our servers, so do not be alarmed if it appears that some of your items might be missing initially.

If you are still encountering a problem after that, try launching the game and leaving it connected for about 15 minutes, which will update your device with the most up to date game data. After the device has loaded up the game data, close and open the game several times. If these suggestions do not resolve the issue, please contact us again and we can investigate further.
