Why would they fix a button that is making them a small fortune?? You need to be more observant before making any moves. BTW, this has happened to me too, just not with free gold but with gold that I bought, so I know how you guys feel. It ain't fun!!

I've done it twice, once for 333 gold and another for 243. Submitted ticket and their generic response was that I received 100 gold for being a loyal player, just like everyone else received lol! What a joke....they don't even read tickets half the time, it must look for keywords and submit generic response.....

^Yep that's a pain. Took about 450 gold from me. They must have done a cost benefit analysis and decided that they earn more money not fixing the problem than the cost of getting someone to delete the inevitable ticket that floods the inbox.

wow mw gets an update but crime city doesn't the leather briefcase event started a day late and disappeared for some hours and had key case boxes dropping and they didnt add a extra day i wonder why cj

So, I got 200 gold for being a "good player" and I was going to get more OR wait for a good item in the shop to become available. Today, I go into my account, click to check how much time is left on my expanding square, MISCLICK and spen about 180 gold to fricking complete an expanding territory!!!
I AM NOT ASKING TO RETURN MY GOLD, BUT I am pretty sure I am not the only one who did this mistake, so PLEASE add something like a "confirmation" button. Unless it was ment to be like this, so that more people will get rid of their free gold by mistake, rage quit and delete the game. It would be better to have this in a game. Thanks for reading and if someone had a problem as I have, support me please!

Others have asked and failed, me included. They only care about the amount of money they make off of not having a confirmation button because they know people will continue to spend money to purchase gold. What they fail to realize is that they might make more if they did that because it might cut down on the number of tickets submitted. I have submitted tickets and had gold returned when I complained about this issue. If they put a confirmation screen in then they could devote more time towards actually making the game work right and getting events to start on time, thus cutting down on even more tickets. I know there are people on Android that would spend real money to purchase gold if the game worked better, which would make them even more money. Apparently the people who work at GREE have brains that don't work.
