Perhaps the fact that they can't get an event to start on time should be a sign to have more time between events so they can work out the bugs before releasing something. Oh yeah it would also give them time to respond to some of the many tickets they get.

Very true. The frustration comes from the fact we are expecting them to deliver on time but instead we are anxiously waiting for seemingly nothing to change.

GREE, dont tell us you will start the event on the 8.4.2013 if you really can't be ready for it. Tell the people that you will be late and by how much and then we will accept it.
