On the toolkit picture looks like a big tower, but ACs were also tall and they didnt need too much land to build them.

command center is 8x8. you should have one of those
Military Market, Command Center, Steel Mill, and Desalination Plant are the same size as the Alexandria Village, but it is actually 10x10 and not 8x8 like mentioned above. Take a single space 1x1 tree and move it across the Command Center and you can find each of the buildings size, or you can use the Master Resource Sheet. 8x8 is the Anniversary Center and has the same footprint as Munitions Stockpile, Wind Farm, and Supply Depot.
