I am finding a guy on my rivals list that has all level one sh*t and no advanced unit buildings in his base but in his inventory he has level 10 advanced air base units and other level 10 cash units. i guess he's hacking or something. he has money out too so i hit him relentlessly for cheating hehe
He could have purchased all those units and then deleted his unit buildings. Not sure why he would but oh well.

Got a friend in the game who is pretty high rank and one day decided to quit so he sold all his buildings and donated the cash to the faction. The next day he changed his mind and came back. Now he is rebuilding. lol.
that is the innocent explanation.
