...a ticket :-) ? Is my experience that Gree support is a joke. Submit a ticket....2 weeks later get a bullsheit form letter saying if still have the problem then hit reply...wait another 2 weeks...well can't say what happens after that, still waiting on my follow up....expecting another BS form letter, rinse repeat until I get tired of the process.
