It was a special unit given during modern war's one year anniversary. Not players one year anniversary. This was around the time the anniversary centers were available. Hope this helps.

I haven been playing for a year and i have it. It was a reward from gree to celebrate there 1 year MW release. You had to log into the game between 2 specific days to obtain it!
