This reward structure makes no sense.

All the low-rank reward units are defense-loaded units. All of the high-rank reward units are attack-loaded units. Brilliant. Lets add more of a gap between factions and create even less competition.

Flip that chit around. More attack for the lower rank factions so that they get a better chance to climb the ladder. More defense for the higher rank factions so they can fight to hold their ranks.
