Out of curiosity, I created a brand new account yesterday on my wife's device, opened one scratcher and bought a couple guns in order to do some random job on the first map to get to level 5. Promptly blasted through 15 bosses, and would probably have gotten to 20 if I had another day or two. Yeah, that's fair.

yep, called marketing. Getting the on boarders to love the game and spend gold then find out you must spend to be really strong above level 150 or so.

It is odd to see all the new members that joined the forum within the past month beating the boss 40+ times, but all of us (non-campers) that have been on here for a long time are struggling with 20+.. Does seem quite backwards

Is it wise to stop after level 40?


I was in tier one, level 24 around 8k attack, when the event started. I got lucky and can now beat level 50 easy without gold(currently at level 35 and 18k attack)

Depends on if the 200exp or whatever are worth it at the chance for rare items. I'd guess not, but what do I know.

I have the 40 prizes, just did not get the screen saying that I won the Golden Gun, I did send a ticket explaining that I have the 40 prizes to prove I defeated the boss, now I have to wait...

If so, WTF! I can certainly see why the more senior players would be slightly annoyed at this blatant fast-tracking. If it's true (not saying it isn't) then who on Earth came up with the mechanics and what were they thinking? Zero logic!

Anyhow, I would be annoyed but I'm mega chilled having watched back to back episodes of My Little Pony : Friendship is Magic thanks to Dipstik

Probably because he liked the old format better- despite the new format being far superior (so long as you're in a competent syndicate).

Although, the stat inflation aspect is a little excessive. I could have joined some 3 weeks ago, spent the amount of $$$ I have over the past two years & had better stats than I do now.

Don't get me wrong, the inflation helps keep the game spicy- It's just at too high of a rate atm, imo.
