Goal 12 is Raid 29 Rival Shipyards. Raiding unit buildings always yields massive casualties regardless of the rivals stats compared to yours. Good luck. I've dropped 2 transport raiders, an elite ops helo and a brigand lightning in 12 raids.

You are correct. I recognize some of the unit names from past boss events now. Coast Bomber and Reinforced Guardian are indestructible.
