Thlinks......limited buildings include the Anniversary Center (ACs), Arctic Mining Rig (AMRs), Alexandria Village (AVs), and Jinai Facility (JF).....hope this helps.
In a single attack on a building, $7,095,00. The whole building was double that (ie $14,190).
It was Arctive Mining Rig level 4 (I think).
5+ mil, but it was around level 50-s, where there where lot of ppl that gave money 300k a pop
