I've just started a 2nd account and I'm yet to level up aside from the mandatory tutorial level up but for some reason the bullet case event still hasn't shown up on my account, are there level restrictions?? I just need to know before the epic boss rolls around because that will be worth my while levelling up for

iirc L10 is needed to get access to events.

I heard it from someone and read it in some old post here. But haven't seen any official notice from gree/funzio about it.
The collect events have a required level of 10. The boss events are lower then that or simply have no requirement. I have triggered bosses on a level 7 and a level 8 in both MW and CC.
