    Does support respond...

    I'm having a small problem with my account and need to contact support. Is the way to do it through the game, or another path. How long has it taken to get a response back? Thanks for the help.

    they do respond, and will normally sort the issue for you. They wont win any awards for speed. normally around 48-72 hours. but then its the end result that matters
