Just post your name and level here and they will find you, then just follow the trail of debris back to their base :-)

Kind of yes.. If you or someone you know is near in level and allies, you can refresh the rivals list over and over until you find who you're looking for. If you're in a faction, you might ask a buddy to do it.

Really I have a pun member Pirate Lord in my alliance, I swa his units for about half an hour man he spent alot of Gold on buying those units.
He had about 800k att and def
