Diamond Fists - Top 50 item from first ever leaderboard event - modifier for +% mafia attack (iirc)
Diamond Basher - Crate item, could also be earned from a recent ltq - no modifier
El Dorado Knuckles - boss grand prize - no modifier
The only items I can recall having similar names are "cobra roadster" and "the cobra roadster", and the images used were quite different. Other than that one item, I'm pretty sure item names do not get reused.

No. All those items had minimum three words in the name and they made the name so long that on many devices or screens in game, there is only room to display those first two words.
