Members havnt been able to attack have missing indestructible units. Are not leveling up or going up ranks when they should be.

My faction declared war and last I checked it was 46 min of being declared and no battle yet. I thought if you weren't put into a battle,after 20 min, you had to re declare war? You would think that it being the 3rd battle, things would be more streamlined. How can anyone stay aught up with other factions if you can't fight?
All Empires crumble beneath their own weight, I just added the top weight.

Totally breaks up our flow...
It's back up. We just ended up on the wrong end of a lopsided battle.
We were stuck for a long time. It's fine now. We got matched with a weaker faction.
Whooda thunk. NASCAR in Vegas this week, and it looks like possible rain delays.
And yep, the idjits at GREE didn't clear out the 45 minute old declare war button push before letting things run.
