Circe is the greek Goddess/Witch who was the daughter of Helios. It would make sense to have a spartan armor from her

The helmet for Circe on the Banner and the helmet for Spartan on the wiki are completely different. I also don't see why they wouldn't make Aegis of the Dragon fuseable as well when this thing has only 9 stat points less than it...

Spartan's Wargear too, it also looks like Fusion Stone drop rates have been increased a little as well.

Again. Armors that you use are IRRELEVANT. You can very well get any other armor from the SAME combination. The only thing that does make a difference is the rarity since two Legendaries have a higher chance of success, where as with two Ultra's you have a plethora of 2 Star results as well. Click the link in my signature for the list of possible armors if you fuse two Legnedaries, I might add Blazeborn if I can get proof.

I was just wondering since it was a one element armor. I guess if u fuse a fire and rock ur chances should be good. btw it doesn't hurt to have more info never.
