I'm not sure actually, I can only confirm that 3 stars armor will give 90 already, maybe I will try 4 stars armor as material, it will certainly at least 90, but maybe higher

I think I will start doing that. 4 stars are 90 ep + 1 per level right?

for those who use fusion to make enhancement armors I have a few combos that have always resulted in 50 point armors.
basic fire+ x basic air+ = flame storm
basic air+ x basic spirit+ = wind monarch

Actually since there aren't any dual element armors lower than level 30 wouldn't it mean almost all fusions would result in 50 point armor or better?

Yeah, But there's still combinations where you can get those 24 pts armor.

I also read somewhere that 1 star uncraftable armor give 50 ep did I get that right?

Yessss! Armors like Volcanic Mantle or Wind Monarch's Robes.

base earth&fire=Volcanic Mantle,50EP each, this is 1 star uncraftable armor, will 100% give you 50EP if match, earth&fire very common in current armor, 90% armor should be match.

Flamestorm Finery (Lvl 15) + Chimera Corps (Lvl 10) = Armor of the Infernal Lord (Lvl 11)

Nope, it's very much possible that you will get a 1 or 2 star.
