I'm interested as well. I'm in an active syndicate right now (i.e. participate in syndicate battles), but looking to switch to a more passive playing style (i.e. camping) and building my IPH over the long haul. My second Loft is being constructed right now, and hope to acquire & build my first Nightclub in the near future. I donate to my current syndicate daily, and plan on doing the same when I switch. I'll submit a request to join after Chinatown Throwdown wraps up.
