Transferring game help

So I just got a new iPhone and I want to transfer my game. When I click the "transfer game" button it asks me for my Funzio ID and password. What are those? Stupid question, I know, but I don't remember ever setting up a password. Also, would. It be my original in-game name, or my current name, or what?

There should be an option to create an account to the left of that on the screen

I just transferred my game

1)create an account on that splash screen
2)click transfer game
3)click on "old device" then close game
4)go to new device start CC
5) go through the painful part of starting a new hood
6)go to the funzio login screen, login
7)click transfer game
8)enter password And designate "new device"

And done
And yes the funzio id is only created in-game

I've read somewhere that you can use forum login as your funzio id.
