1. Active every day players

2. Communicate with Syn members through Gree and non Gree methods

3. High A/D
a. For under lvl 100 50,000A/D IPH ~ $100,000
b. For lvl 100-150 at least 75,000 A/D IPH above $200,00
c. Lvl 150-200 at least 100,000 A/D IPH above $400,000
