If Gree wants to promote leveling...

They could do something similar to the "Reach 250 my March 1." But with a different twist.
Obviously LL players cannot attain this. (Even most HL will not).

Gree why not make a competition be something like gain XXX,XXX Experience and achieve X prize? This is possible as everyone is leveling now.

A lot of the guys at the top have nothing else left to play for (all goals and maps are completed). Maybe instead of having some kind of reward for lower levels now, set this as a goal that appears when you reach level 200, so anyone in the future who reaches level 200 has 30 days to reach level 250.

Than there would be that one guy who when just go all the way and would almost be invisible to the lower ranks and that guy would have nothing to worry about. Hope that made a little sense

My thoughts, increase payouts! The money buildings are terrible with the new vault limits. I can't find anyone to attack or raid because everything is all vaulted up. I went from making 18 million a day to maybe 8 million a week. So I've resorted to camping. But with faction donations, there just isnt enough money to go around in the game.
