I'm not sure, but I suppose all campers do this to a certain degree. Also, I actually had 60k in respect from scratchers and goals that I had never used to buy my two respect explosives (My only respect items). Also I no-bank while saving up for a lvl 2 upgrade of my first Night Club.
As for skills, couldn't decide where to put em, so.... yeah, it's real ( ^_^ )

Wow, complete kick in the pants for those of us that have to pay a vault to get the item. Straight garbage for sure GREE.
The worst thing about this game IMO has been the incentive AGAINST leveling up. I've never seen another game where gaining experience is a liability and it's a legitimate strategy to AVOID playing as much as possible in order to keep your experience low.
Bosses are just the most glaring example of this. No, there should not be "tiers" of bosses. The boss should be the boss, and if you can't beat him, level the #*!* up and deal with it.
Luckily, given the ridiculous level of power creep lately, by the time all these campers decide to actually start playing, their boss items will be pretty much worthless against me.

There is really a big difference in how lucky we get. Believe it or not, as poor of a result as it is compared to the majority that finishes 40, this is actually my best boss result yet. Another way of saying that everyone of them has 'sucked' for me in the sense that I get significantly below what appears to be average. That is not to say I am unhappy; these are free items of overall pretty good stats. I will keep going for it even if I never have the good luck.
This time I will find 'happiness' in the fact that my most common (8) common was the explosive. Last time I got 15 of the leather bracelet armors (the worst common) from payne LOL. That event really sucked, I spent gold but ran out of time with 4 to go...

Just finished Boss 40. Luck definately shifted for me midway though..

Over the last 25 bosses I had 10 U and 11 R. Best run I've had.
Finished boss 40 with both accounts.
Tier 1 acct :17c, 19uc, 4r with 8 cash + 1 free hit on #40
Tier 2 acct :18c, 13uc, 9r with 9 cash + 1 free hit on #40

Agree Dippy especially since they decided to lvl the rewards. Of course they want folks to spend gold. Wonder if they'll switch back (get lower lvl players addicted) or ease up on Tier 5 until the last few rounds.... Either would be nice.

Hey Ciardullo just so you know boss helath is depending on lvl so i can beat easyly at lvl 50 when you at lvl 100 cant. All becuase the health is different. Know your info first before acuseing.
