    Who all is tired of seeing this?

We will reply as soon as we have an update for your issue."

    I know I am for a long time now ( 1yr or more) and I never receive any type of response! I mean come on I have sent several messages and I really feel like I'm wasting my time. Anyone else have this problem?

    Have you checked your spam folder just to make sure? We have some people we try to respond to that for one reason or other are not getting our messages, and that usually turns out to be spam-related.

    CJ yup i've checked my spam folder but there's nothing, still waiting for a response to my gold bonus application for the month which i sent out on monday so that would make it almost a week not hearing anything from support unless they work on the weekend which i dont think is the case.

    Yes I thought of that, I have sent you PM's and this the first response from anyone from Gree! I am a gold player and my faction placed in the last PVP event of B4B and I never received my award and I would like to have it, what can I do other than spread my dirty laundry in the forums.     I too have the same issue. Did not receive my units from BFB. UserID is 284395524. We placed 3726 and faction was Band of Brothers GBR. I've checked my spam and really it shouldn't matter. If they cross reference my units with the ones I didn't receive that should flag, shouldn't it?

    My level 58 account with over 30k in att/def was somehow reset to level 1 and I lost all my progress, hard work and money spent on gold units in a minute. Maybe a hacker took over my account.

    I sent Gree an e-mail over a week ago asking whats going on but still no reply.

    You are not the only one suffering.

    Same problem here. Submitted several tickets including Gold bonus and no solution in 10 days.
    Status of all tickets 'Awaiting assignment to a support agent'.
    In the same time other players have their name change tickets processed in hours.
    This is just unacceptable level of support for paying customers.

    I just got 2 tickets closed on from jan 30th and one from feb 10th, both issues were fixed right. Got my BfB units finally.
    The only problem was the feb 10th ticket was my third or fourth ticket for my BfB units. The first ticket was sent in on jan 25th. Never got anything in my spam folder.
    I also started a forum account a while ago and never got a verification email. I sent messages in to activate the account and got nothing back. When I switched to using a different email provider I had a verification email within 10 minutes.

    Thanks, it shows the in game support stuff but not the forum account related info.
