By attacking other players. They are dropped during some fights. About 1 fight in 10.

I think the droprate is a little more than people here are making it out to be. I got 14 over the course of today and my stamina is at 39. I'd say its in the neighborhood of 1 in 7-9.
Any idea when your syndicate is attacked what do you actually lose, do you lose money or bricks or just hideouts
