Now first off, if there has been a post about this before or if this is something which is meant to happen then my apologies.
A couple of times when attacking/robbing my rivals I've noticed some where their defence is higher than what is stated on their profile.
After checking my profile using my camper I noticed my defence stats where roughly 25% lower (all syndicate def bonuses purchased), similar outcome with attack stats also.
So basically the syndicate bonuses only shows up to you once you've check the fight results
