What is the casualty rate if the 7k+ valor units? I haven't unlocked any yet.

The valor units consumption rate is pretty low. Ex. Shadow Blackhawk is .11% (strong against infantry, too) and Shadow Fighter is .08% (strong against air). Ground and infantry are higher of course, sea lower. Get the toolkit and see them all.
They are not on the toolkit.
