there are syndicate that are full of campers and low level that dont participate in the wars but just want to benefit from all the syndicate stat benefits. honestly if you join join a syndicate and dont receive all the buffs then you will be at least 25% less strong and making 25%less than mostly everyone at your level

I have already joined and left 3 syndicates, just did not like the look of the members.
