Looking to merge with a smaller faction

We are looking to add a small faction via merger. We currently can take a faction with 4-6 members. We can use the strong active players, while the other faction would have the benefit of our boosts. Our current boosts are:

Health Regin +18%
Infantry Attack +5%
Infantry Defense +25%
Ground Defense +20%
Air Defense +15%
Sea Defense +10%
Building Defense +25%
Building Output 10%
Guild Member Increase +20
