I made a baked pork fillet. Turned out pretty good if anyone wanna try it!
Fry some mushrooms, garlic, red onion and bacon. Mash it together with some creme fraiche (or turkish yoghurt), and olive oil. Add whatever spices u have around. Pour everything on a sheet of puff pastry. Fry the pork fillet, and then put it on the pastry and tuck it together like a sausage. Oven, 20min, 200 degrees (C°). Add some potatoes or whatever u want, and you're done!

If you want, you can make a quick gravy. Just add some water, cream and bouillon to the frying pan and let it boil up together with the meat juice.
