Fortress: Hit / Damage / Point Ratio

Perhaps i missed it in a thread, but is there any kind of formula that describes the killing of a fortress.

specifically the Hit / Damage / Point ratio.

if i am say, Level 89, 29ka/32kd, 230-ish allies, what would or could a person expect? hitting a level 1 fort.

and if this was in a thread, a link would be fine.

10000 or so points on a level 1 wall, probably 50-100 pts per attack.

I did hit the fort a couple times to see what would happen. I have about 29k attack. I did about 150 - 190 per attack for only 25 WD points. Which means I would need to hit it more than 50 times in one hour to knock it out.
