We ran into this issue.
During a battle our faction points total stopped up.
Here is image proof
Previous battle total
Two shots of people attacking, score doesn't change.
Total after war completion.
As you can see the difference is 40,841.
But the screen showed 27,160.
Points counted just didnt show. Heads up CJ

Ours resets back to "0" after each battle.
So 2 days and we have 0 points. Go figure.

I've been taking screen shots after each battle of the final splash and of all players and adding manually. Sending or sent a ticket.
Didn't know I'd need an abacus for this event.

We are having a similar problem. All of our individual totals for each player ( W: L: Points) are correct. The combined win loss is about 60 battles short and the combined WD points total are 85,000 short. At least the individual scores are correct so we can just add them up and get our true faction WD points total. The leader board uses the total score that's wrong. So we are almost two tiers lower than we should be. Eighty five thousand point difference is huge. It's silly, two of our members individual scores added together exceeds what the WD total points is showing. I sent in a ticket which was responded to within half an hour (good job, thanks) but they closed the ticket and said they had or are about to fix the problem. Now we are getting everything counted correctly starting recently but it is not retroactive. We are still missing 50 or so fights and 85k. So the leader board shows us tiers below where we should be. I just hope our correct individual scores don't disappear making it appear the main total is correct. CJ please, please help us. I will send you the ticket pm or here if that would help.
We might as well send requests to Stevie wonders inbox to sort this problem out at least he would hear an incoming message.

We're still waiting for ours. According to support, a fix was in the works and will be solved VERY SOON... I wonder what they consider very soon. The event is almost over. Or is that the fix.

I've sent in one ticket, multiple forum requests, to have you fix our missing WD points. Now we receive our rewards for top 5000 when we were pretty much top 300, and should get top 1000 reward. I've tried to be patient but it's like you are spitting in our faces by not even acknowledging our issue. I will make noise until someone at least acknowledges our problem, because support tickets aren't cutting it. I cannot express how angry it makes me to know how inept this game and this company really is.
Now that's funny!
