Got it! I got to 8 yesterday and opened 9 and 10 with only two non-film items in between. I used approximately 630 gold. I havent used gold in an event for a while but 30% is a lot when most of my upgrades are 30,000,000 +. I now have 30% cheaper upgrades with a 33% time reduction.

Got it for my level 61 account

Used about 350 gold

Did 2 gold opens with no resets

Then open and resets to get to 5 ( only one non film open )

Then open and resets to seven

( this used the most, had 5 non film opens in a row )

Had to get more gold, so to bed

This AM , gold opens only no resets, got the last 3

Contemplating for my ll camper, which I leveled to 10, to activate

So it seems like, to minimize fold spent, you should get to 7 or 8 without resets, and then just plug away at it when you get the 7th or 8th without closing the app. Right?

I think right away, reset/open until you get to 9. That should only take 450-600 gold. And then plug away at it for #10.

I got the #10 prize. I spent approx 1500 gold. I have never put that much money into this game at one time, but I like the 30% upgrade discount.

Did the 30% off on building upgrades gained from the Evidence Blaster adds up to the 30% off from the Striker Minigun so it would end up as a 60% off total ???

I now have the Striker Minigun from something like a full year and by far it has been the best modifier for me as I've been able to upgrade NC more easily (now at LVL 4 & 5) without it I wouldn't be at 1.5M$ IpH.

if the 30% off bonus adds up to the one gained by the Striker, I'll go for it aggressively !

They should work together but not give you exactly 60% off. What may happen is that you will get 30% off of the original price and then 30% off of that new price. This means you are getting just under 60% off if the original price.

I have a 25% off and a 10% off upgrade time modifiers and I get about 33% off instead of 35%.

I should have even another 10% off but Gree messed up an android only PvP event and I never got the prize.

I just went nuts and went for the reset+gold open expensive (but efficient) strategy and spent exactly 1245 gold to get to #10. I had two rolls of films when I started my blitz. Strangely I had a hell of a time to go from #8 to #9 and started to be scared to ruin myself for nothing...then I had #9 and #10 back to back...weird...#10 always was a pain in the arse to get to before that.

So I'll start my level 6 NC upgrade sooner than planned

Getting to 8 is VERY easy. I think they do that to get people so excited they buy gold to finish it. You get that mentality of "I ONLY need 2 more." Then surprise! You get a ton of items instead of roll #9 and then its even harder to get to #10!

I did a 46 hour upgrade yesterday because I knew I needed two more days to save for my next nightclub upgrade but with 30% off I can afford it now!

Just powered thru 90 gold after getting #8 from cash. Anyone using my method - doesn't look like it actually works. Looks like the odds get recalculated after every item.

Thats it. I also have a more specific one. Just wanted to call the dogs off on banking on that strategy.
