just lost 300k and its not clear how. This happens regularly these days. Protected isnt protected any more.
Hi. I have a ticket in for similar problem. I collect funds, which should go into vault. When I go to protect it, it is gone. Then if I get attacked, that player is winning cash. Thus he continues attacking if the amount is enough. I have also had your exact problem, of the money just not being there. After a ticket it seemed better, but now it seems to be back. You are smart keeping a running balance like that. You know if money is missing.
I have seen this happen while collecting bldgs. when i go to vault the total amount reduces by a random amount. then 2 -3 mins later i get a notice i was attacked and some player pick my pocket while collecting and BEFORE I vaulted.
I found the oppisite today while out raiding for faction funding. I came across a Capt Steelman who was $49M over the $10M vault max... at $59M.. I thought i hit a jackpot until i attacked an won 3 in a row yeilding about $3200 per win... should have been $300K.. what's up with that? I figured must be a hacker.
This is a common problem, and happened to me quite often during Brazil. I'd attack an unvaulted opposition faction member and win some moolah, try to vault it but see nothing there to vault, then lose it straight away when I'd get attacked. Very frustrating.
Now when it happens during collections I trigger the server by refreshing the rivals list and it usually puts the money back so I can vault it.

Vault protects form attacks, and raids steal your income, not your money directly.
I haven't lost any but when I've just harvested cash and go to the vault it's already been deposited.
This only happened to me during brazil scramble!
