It has never worked for me. I got an offer once but recived a message saying that the video is not able to play. Maybe a need some special video player for it. Any suggestions?

You get a lot of popup messages about no videos being available while you're actually getting the videos to work.. You have to back out of the earn gold screen, mess around in your hood for a minute (loot laundromats, sync with server, go into the offers screen and look around, even move the screen around a bit in your hood), then go try it again. I almost never get more than one video at a time without the popup screen telling me there are no videos available. Sure enough though, after about 30 minutes, 5-10 relogs, multiple server syncs, and general messing about, I've gotten the 20 videos from the 15th, then another 6 yesterday (unusual number). Just keep trying at it, and you should be able to get them.

I am not able to get any today, so if it is based upon the date instead of a set amount per person on a set timer (xx amount over xx hours), you won't be able to get any either.
