It was pulled however from the launch as it violated IOS TOS and they dropped them from the apple store. I'm thinking those who are seeing now are non US players and certainly android.

You can still get that police car . .

Go to Play store. Download Jackpot slots . . Clear 3 levels . .

Open crime city . . & you will get the splash screen stating ur winning . .

i hve no idea why it dint work for you . . I tried this on my gf's android phone . . n it worked . .

1. Make sure u complete 3 levels on slots

no car in my inventory after reach level 3

I'm thinking it's like the last boss event that rolled out too early. Only the lower level players are getting the splash screen? My level 16 camper got it. My main account at level 77 didn't get the splash screen. I downloaded the app anyways, got to level 3, and still have no car.
