Donating concrete blocks ?

If a player doesn't want to join a faction but had some concrete blocks on stash, is there a way to donate these blocks to anyone interested?

Perhaps join a faction - donate the blocks - leave the faction?

Doesn't sound like cheating to me. Sounds like donating concrete.

However, if you do that and then decide a month from now that you want to be in a faction, you won't have any concrete to donate to the faction you want to be in (or start). A lot of people are sitting on the sidelines waiting to see how the faction mess works out, and it may seem like a much better option 30 days from now than it appears to be today. Not likely, but it could happen.

Concrete seems to be useful to build fortifications for your faction or to protect you from the huffing and puffing of a big bad wolf.

Is concrete of any value outside of a faction?

No. It is only used for fortifications within a faction. If you have concrete and you don't belong to a faction, I would keep it just in case you join a faction sometime in the future and you will then be able to donate all of them to the faction for which they would be very grateful.
