you're right. My attack score points using free option (quick attack) are higher than expected, not Like expressed in guide
(Attack Skill Points x 10) + Profile Attack Stat = Your Attack score against the boss.
Quick Attack (Totally Free) - Uses the above equation divided by 2
My stats are now:
1320 + 51917 = 53237
my last free attack show me: 35669 when expected was 26619

i am currently on Boss 25, so far looking like 7 cash hits. Not sure but in past events I was about done here with 13 hits. I have also noticed a few times my 5 hit scheme that works in modern war was off, could my android timer being off (always is) but can't figure it out.
edit: forgot up to 4 rares.

The screen isnt popping up for me with this event - Also the boss isnt appearing , i attacked about 20 times and did a buncha jobs - anyone else getting the same thing ? ( IOS )

I wonder if the hitpoints for the bosses have changed?
According to Bills guide, for level22 and tier 5, 1,6 million should be enough to defeat the boss
but I have already hit her with 1,617 million and I probably need 1 or 2 hits more to finish her off.

Bills guide is simply that a guide. They are as close as he could get with the data that he had.
I noticed this when I was in the second tier that some I had to hit more then what was stated
