Sean, you are right, their is no rules on leveling up. You can stay down their forever. The thing is you present yourself as "The ColdCommander" one of the leaders of CK. Now Leader is the key word here, you can lead with your brains or your brawn. Tell us what happens when you have neither.

Anyway SS, just sell all of your buildings and play casually. Not like you need in-game money.
Peace out man, I may not be far behind. One you hit the "spend or quit" stage and you're not willing to pay those white-collar carnies for their bait and switch garbage, the IPH game is only entertaining for so long. Now that events are being nerfed for free players, this game is free to play in the same sense that there's no admission charge to walk into a casino.
