Everyone on the list is on there for one reason or another. The person or people who put you the list can only take you off. You either ticked one of us off, talked crap about Indians, took advantage of weaker Indians and stalked them and didnt stop after asked to, etc.
There is no guarantee that you will be removed from the list. Raggy made it off and so have a couple others. It all matters in how severely the target messed up. Find reason with whoever put you on there if you weren't a total how we'd say "Dipstick" then there might be a chance to come off, usually it involves hitting our enemies too. But whatever you get the point.
As for CM before you ask again scarface. You guys are on the hitlist permanently I'm the one who put you there and I gave you your chance to never be on it on the first place. Y'all lost your only chance when you guys thought I was some fool.

Not before my time, my time was long long time ago, I assume it was during the period of time that I was away. I do remember thought you used to be quite grumpy but you're fine now. Lupo is the wrong guy to piss off but he's a really great person. Meh idk what can happen in your case. I guess time will tell.
