Am I missing something here - is there something ELSE you can do with concrete on your own that is different than just automatically donating it to your faction? Just curious as to why people would tell me they donated 10 concrete blocks but have 45 more if we need it :?

they would hold it in case they wanted to change factions. u lose anything donated if u jump ship.
otherwise i would think they would donate all.

Just donate every concrete to the faction & there's nothing else you can do to it. Donate concrete is a must for your fortification to build the stats up...

Yeah doc, in Charlie my people are donating left and right. I don't think the general populace has caught onto the fact that the upper level fortifications cost beaucoup blocks. They hold em back if they want to jump ship.

I've never seen concrete lost during pvp just gained. I don't think it is like the crates in that respect.
