I guess I'd like to ask same thing in a nice way though.
Why there were no resolution on Crazy Hit n Runner for about 4 months now and yet new same kind of modifier has been introduced? Personally it did cost me over $100 to get that vehicle.. Thats not a good business practice if you ask me..

Like the MW bonus issue, there is a fix to the bonus framework that is being tested at this time. To the best of my knowledge it is going to be released in MW first and then rolled out to the other games.
