The problem was with Android users. Many of them never got their item (prototype rifle if I remember correctly). iOS users all got theirs.

2) All the survey items have been paid out. There were some errors, and we tried to get as many people sorted out as possible, but now we're primarily getting people who didn't participate but heard "If you bug CCM or submit a ticket you'll get a free gun" and they're ruining it for everyone.
