You can just use "they" as a singular. It works. I get that's it bit clunky, but navigating personal pronouns is a minefield these days.

And when will the promised items such as the survey content prototype rifle (yes I'm still on that) and the Daylight Runner be added to those who don't have it?

2) All the survey items have been paid out. There were some errors, and we tried to get as many people sorted out as possible, but now we're primarily getting people who didn't participate but heard "If you bug CCM or submit a ticket you'll get a free gun" and they're ruining it for everyone.

3) It's been given out to the KA peeps, but everyone else is going out over time. Be patient and it will arrive.

Well I sent you a pm well over a month ago that is still unread, only 1 as to not "bug" you because I thought it was all that was needed and it would be honored considering that's what you asked us to do if we did not receive it. It can't be that difficult to verify by code who actually took the survey.
