I'm not trying to bring this whole thing back up and I know the stats are not true as you upgrade and I'm trying to get mine as close to "true" as possible so my question is, would it be worth it to sell all my level 6 Muay Thai buildings and re-build them and keep them at level 1 or is that just a waste of time? A waste of time unless you need space. A level 5 is still better than level 1, just not as good as it says.

Big waste of time and money. Level 6 Muay Tai has better stats than level one, just not 6 times greater as the stats would lead you to believe. I don't know the exact amount but it's probably 2-3 times the defense of the level 1.
The value of the deffence building is, the stated starting value plus half that value for every upgrade. 20+10+10+10 and so on.

Thanks for the replies! I guess ill just keep em, although money is not a concern as once my NC upgrade finishes in a couple days ill finally be in the millionaire club

You know since other than helping your mafia, they also guard your defense buildings and add 100 defense per building
I wouldn't upgrade any defence by level 2 but that just my opinion.
How are the upgrades of the Bodyguard Agencies? They start at 10, what are they at each level up? Trying to decide if i should put a couple in.
No. Don't waste gold on them unless you just like their look.

I've got 22 bga and they work just fine
I fend off 75-80% of my attackers.... Personally I recommend them to anyone
Either buy gold or use tap joy. I don't understand why you think they're useless
How many henchmen do you have? I think the reason most people think they're useless is because they don't have enough henchmen to adequately staff the bodyguard agencies.

Henchmen as in mafia members?
No, henchmen are for sale in the store for 17 gold each. Imho, an excellent value for the price and vastly underutilized.
