Exclamation If you happen across a base under PUN siege...

you might be best served to walk away.

    We respect neutrality and non-combatants.

That doesn't mean you won't be attacked, its a WAR game, duh.

Being attacked is far different than finding yourself under a pirate siege.

If something doesn't concern you, don't get involved.

Interfereing in matters that don't involve you, can be detrimental to your neutrality.

Giving comfort, aid, assistance, and encouragement to enemies of PUN can make you a collaborator.

To us, collaborators are the same as targets.

That means, you will receive what the target is receiving.

We mean what we say, and we say what what we mean.

For your own benefit, stay out of PUN business.

I think you're confusing El Niño with El Niño Jesús.

They are not one and the same.

No confusion. Just left out the "Hey Zues" part by mistake! Yeah SAMUEL L JACKSON WAS AWESOME IN DIE HARD 3!

But it was an honest mistake...Meterology always confuses me. Is it always girls names after hurricanes and boys names after tropical storms? What about earthquakes. Who's rictor? And why is there a 50% chance of rain when I look outside and it is raining? Shouldnt that be a 100% chance? And if too many people move to an island will it really tip over and capsize?

You were correct before 1978 and 1979:

In 1978, meteorologists watching storms in the Eastern North Pacific began using men's names for half of the storms. Meteorologists for the Atlantic ocean began using men's names in 1979. For each year, a list of 21 names, each starting with a different letter of the alphabet was developed and arranged in alphabetical order (names beginning with the letters Q, U, X, Y and Z were not used). The first tropical storm of the year was given the name beginning with the letter "A", the second with the letter "B" and so on through the alphabet. During even-numbered years, men's names were given to the odd-numbered storms and during odd-numbered years, women's names were given to odd-numbered storms.

We often offer those, who find themselves under PUN siege, a way out of their dilemma.

Unfortunately, they are afraid of the truth being revealed.

So, in their attempt to hide and conceal their evil deeds, they often block us.

But, by blocking us, they block off a way out of the trap they've fallen into.

When we post our surrender terms (we always offer miscreants a way out), the surrender terms fall into a deep, dark cyberspace hole.

The evildoer never gets to hear how they can unlock their cell.

    Hence, the siege continues.

By the way, we never stop a siege without the evildoer complying with our terms of capitulation and surrender.

In fact, a HACKER has just missed seeing the lifeline of compassion we offered him or her.

Oh well, its his or her loss.

It means EXACTLY what it says.

    Are you learning disabled?

    Do you suffer from dyslexia?

    Read it carefully.

    It is very clear.

    Stay out of PUN business.

    Stay away from PUN targets.

If you don't, you might become a PUN target, too.

Well asking the obvious or superfluis kind of provokes that perhaps?

I have a personal issue with people who block others, when no vulgar language has been used. It compounds the offense when they have blocked you, but then feel it's perfectly acceptable to post to the one they have blocked, and in some cases with vulgar language. In these cases I feel that the one blocking is afraid of the truth. People who are embarrassed by the truth can't stand to see it posted, and made public for others to read. So they delete, or block this. Personally, when I am blocked by a player, I consider it a statement of war. We will continue to be in a state of war as long as this condition exists. If you remove your block, it is no guarantee that hostilities will cease, but no discussions can be made, or considered until this at least has happened. I have had word sent to me by others in the past that they will remove the block if I will stop attacking. I do not negotiate while a state of war has been declared. The block is a statement of war on your part. I do not care how you percieve this, it is how I percieve it. I will not back down from that position in any way.
